Let’s start off the ORBIT 2024 weekend with a stop by at Green Monkey, until 9pm. Then we can head over to Flex Club, which closes at midnight.
All ORBIT bowlers must register at the Bowling Center before bowling their first event. Each bowler will verify their entry information, receive their name badge, collect their gift bag, and sign up for optional events if desired. Registration will occur in the meeting room of the Bowling Center.
Registered ORBIT bowlers can participate in an optional 9-pin handicapped No Tap event. This is an open event where you can bowl three 9-pin No-Tap games when you want on Friday evening. First groups can start at 6pm until available lanes are full. Must start rolling by 8:30pm if you want to participate.

Doubles check-in starts one hour before bowling (9am). All bowlers must sign the check-in sheet no later than 15 minutes before the start of the Doubles event (10am). There will be a one-hour break between Doubles and Team events. If you leave the lanes during lunch break, you must be back and signed in before announced start of the Team shift.
Teams check-in starts one hour before bowling (1pm). All bowlers must sign the check-in sheet no later than 15 minutes before the start of the Teams event (2pm).

Singles check-in starts one hour before bowling (9am). All bowlers must sign the check-in sheet no later than 15 minutes before the start of the Singles event (10am).
Join your fellow bowlers, guests, and volunteers at Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley for the awards luncheon.
We will have a no-host cocktail hour at 2pm in the welcome area by the banquet area. Cash bar available at 2pm throughout the banquet.
Please arrive early and enjoy! The banquet and awards presentation will being promptly at 3pm.
Let’s continue the party and send off our bowlers and guests with libations, revelry, and karaoke.
